Welcome to Chai n Estilo, your mountain-side escape for chai, fashion, homestays, and wellness. By accessing our website, booking our services, or visiting our space, you agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions.

  1. General

    By using this site or any of our services (online or offline), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

  2. Bookings & Payments
    • a. Homestays and Retreats
      All bookings are subject to availability.
      A minimum advance (as mentioned on the booking page) is required to confirm a reservation.
      Final payment must be completed before check-in.
    • b. Cancellation Policy
      Cancellations made 7+ days in advance are eligible for partial refund (as per our cancellation policy).
      No refunds for cancellations within 72 hours of the check-in time.
      No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
    • c. Event/Workshop Registrations
      Once registered, your spot is reserved. Transfers are permitted with prior notice.
      In the event of cancellation by us (due to weather or unforeseen reasons), a full refund or alternative date will be offered.
  3. Boutique Purchases

    All sales made through our online or on-site boutique are final unless the item is defective or damaged on arrival.
    Exchanges are allowed only in case of sizing errors (based on stock availability).
    Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

  4. Code of Conduct: Whether you're a guest, shopper, or retreat participant, we expect you to:
    • Respect nature, property, staff, and fellow guests.
    • Maintain cleanliness and decorum in shared spaces.
    • Avoid loud music or any disruptive behavior.
    • Participate mindfully in yoga or wellness sessions.
    • Any violations may lead to immediate removal without refund.
  5. Intellectual Property

    All content on our website, social media, and products — including text, images, designs, logos, and videos — is the intellectual property of Chai n Estilo and may not be used without prior written consent.

  6. Liability Disclaimer: Chai n Estilo is not liable for:
    • Any injuries, accidents, or losses during your stay or participation in activities.
    • Natural disruptions (like bad weather, landslides, or power outages).
    • Items lost, stolen, or damaged during your visit.
    • We do our best to ensure your safety and comfort, but visitors participate at their own risk.
  7. Privacy

    Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect and handle your data.

  8. Modifications

    Chai n Estilo reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted here with the updated effective date.

  9. Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Rishikesh courts.
