Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Chai n Estilo, we understand that plans can shift. Whether youβre booking a stay in the mountains, joining a retreat, or shopping from our boutique, this policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled β with fairness and simplicity.
π‘ HOMESTAY & RETREAT BOOKINGS
Cancellation Timeline:
- 7+ days before check-in: β 80% Refund (20% retained as processing & reservation fee)
- 3 to 6 days before check-in: β 50% Refund
- Less than 72 hours before check-in / No-show: β No refund
- Early Check-out / Unused Nights: Once checked in, no refund is provided for shortened stays or unused nights.
π§ YOGA RETREATS, WORKSHOPS & EVENTS
- Cancellations 5+ days before event: β Full refund or option to transfer to a future date
- Within 5 days of event: β Non-refundable, but you may transfer your spot to someone else with prior notice
- In case of event cancellation by us: β 100% refund or alternative dates offered
ποΈ BOUTIQUE ORDERS (Online & In-Person)
- No returns or refunds for change of mind
- Exchange allowed only for size issues or defective products (within 5 days of delivery)
- Customer must inform via email and return the product unused and in original packaging
- Return shipping cost is to be borne by the customer (unless the product was faulty)
π§οΈ FORCE MAJEURE / WEATHER ISSUES
- If your plans are affected due to unforeseen natural circumstances (e.g., floods, landslides, road closures):
- We offer free rescheduling
- Or issue store credit or retreat vouchers valid for future use
β REFUNDS NOT APPLICABLE FOR:
- Missed stays or workshops due to personal issues
- Late arrivals or early departures
- Items damaged after delivery due to misuse
- Orders with customizations or limited edition collections
π° REFUND PROCESSING TIME:
- Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7β10 business days
- You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is initiated

- Full name
- Booking or order ID
- Reason for cancellation or issue
- Photos (if applicable, for product defect claims)
