🛑 Delays or Undelivered Orders
Delivery might be delayed due to:
- Natural disruptions (e.g., rains, landslides)
- Remote locations
- Customs inspections (for international orders)
- Incorrect/incomplete shipping address
We’ll inform you in case of unexpected delays.
🔁 Returned or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to delivery failure or address errors:
- You’ll be contacted for re-shipping (charges apply)
- Refunds, if applicable, will exclude shipping costs
💳 Shipping Fees Are Non-Refundable
Once an order has been dispatched, the shipping fee will not be refunded (even in case of cancellation or return).

❌ Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts:
- We will contact you for a reattempt (re-shipping charges apply)
- Refunds (if applicable) will be made minus the original shipping fee
